Order Information

Please supply the correct information when ordering. Item prices do not reflect shipping charges and do not include federal, state or city tax. All U.S. citizens will pay appropriate taxes to their specific state while Connecticut residents will be charged state tax when purchasing. Orders will be shipped within 4 to 6 days after purchasing, larger volume orders may take up to two weeks to be shipped which does not include holidays or weekends. Allow 5 to 10 business days after shipment for delivery. If too large or heavy for UPS, BlunderBird LLC will ship by truck. Heavy and oversized items may require additional shipping and handling fees plus delivery time. Contact BlunderBird at [email protected] for details. Additional handling fees will apply. We do our best to ship orders complete, but on occasion there may be a need to ship in partial shipments. Prices may be subject to change.

International Orders

Commercial orders from Canada must include a valid GST number. If customer chooses not to use UPS delivery, then you need to provide your Import Broker information. UPS will act as an Import Broker when items are shipped by UPS.

Note: All International purchases DO NOT include import tariffs, duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the country of destination. These additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Terms of Sale

All payments to BlunderBird LLC must be provided in U.S. funds (U.S. Dollars) only.
For credit card payment, BlunderBird LLC accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express.
Accepted payments are: money orders, certified checks and wire transfer of funds supplied with your order or before.
Additional charges may be applied to the following: Returned payments, cancelled or refused, contested and/or have non-sufficient funds.
If orders are paid by check, shipments are subject to a holding period until funds are available.
No C.O.D.s.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and all transactions are subject to government regulations when purchasing.
BlunderBird LLC reserves the right to change these terms when applicable.

Warranty, Guarantee, Installation – concerning individual installations, because of factors beyond our control, BlunderBird LLC cannot make guarantees, warrantees or representations, expressed or implied. BlunderBird LLC does not offer installation of the products we offer. As we do not install the products, we cannot control the way our products are installed.
